Shipping Terms



Each item is made to order.  We  only begin working on our orders once payment is received.  Our typical lead time to ship is 5 to 10 business days but can vary depending on the season and availability of the specific item. Please contact us for our current lead time or if you need an item for a specific date.

Please note business days are Monday thru Friday.  Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days.  We observe all major holidays. Thank you. 


We ship via USPS first class mail  with delivery confirmation. Note that once the item has been delivered to the post office it is out of our hands, and we have zero control over the shipment.    

Please allow for 3-5 days delivery after shipment notification domestically and 7-14 days internationally.

Please understand that once your package is in the hands of the postal service we are at the mercy of their service.  Other than tracking your package and supplying you with tracking information it is out of our hands.  


Sadly we no longer ship to Brazil.  :(  Any items with a Brazilian address will be refunded immediately and orders will be cancelled.   

Note: When your package arrives, you may have to pay additional customs fees for which you are responsible. Please understand that marking "gift" on the customs form is illegal. Thank you in advance for understanding!

Once package is shipped we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS AND THEFT.   For domestic orders: If you would like to add signature confirmation we can do this for $2.00. If you like to add insurance please let me know as well and we will re-calculate the shipping fee.

Any and all shipping costs related to exchanges or expedited / guaranteed shipping shall be the buyer's responsibility.
